Got Junk Catalogs?

Catalog Choice   I get all kinds of junk catalogs in the mail. Most… maybe all of them go straight from my mailbox into the recycling bin. It’s so annoying and wasteful. Luckily, I recently found this company called Catalog Choice.

It’s an online service to get rid of all those unwanted catalogs. It’s free and so easy to sign up. You can search through their database of catalogs or suggest a catalog that you don’t see on their opt out list. 

Visit the site and sign up! What a great way to reduce waste and help the environment.

A musical surprise!

And the BIGGEST news of 2007 is that Las Vegas Paper Doll sold one of my tee’s, the TOKYO tee to be exact, to none other than Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top!

I couldn’t believe it when I heard the news but isn’t that just fantastic? I guess he was in town for a show and dropped into the Paper Doll to do some shopping. SOOO EXCITING!

Better late than never…

  Well, the holidays came and went and here it is already the middle of January. Where does the time go? So I must apologize for the lack of news. It’s not that there isn’t any but finding the time to maintain my website has been a challenge lately.So some news from the last months of 2007 is that I had a little mention in a holiday gift article titled, The art of giving in the Las Vegas Sun on December 17! YAH! We love press.

Pics from capsule design festival

The day started out slow meaning I couldn’t get my butt in gear. I just wanted to be lazy on a Sunday morning. Sigh. By the time I got to Hayes Valley, the festival had already started and silly ol’ me was scrambling to get things set up. No worries. I had some helping hands to assist me so the booth was set up in no time.  

Lucky for us, it was a gorgeous day in SF. Sun was shining and it felt nice. The booth was located in front of this store which was burning incense, televising various NFL football games, cooking up a feast, playing reggae music and by early afternoon, a drum circle had started. And a brave, lone man decided to start dancing in the middle of the drum circle. You can say we were in a very lively area!

And last but not least, don’t forget our usual greeter, Rio. He is always such a good sport!

gohgirl’s FIRST tv spot!

We are so HAPPY with our first tv spot on FOX 5 Vegas. Host, Rachel Smith and trend editor Joseph Gonnello did such a fabulous job talking about our items. They giggled and had a lot of fun reading the wacky stories about the secret agent characters. It was perfect. YAH!
